Default Problems in acceleration 05 STI

Hi everyone, I hope i'm in the right section of the forum.

I have a 05 STI eudm widetrack dccd, so ej207 265hp completly stock except for the exhaust rear silencer.

The car feel really sluggish in acceleration, it feels like the turbo starts spooling at more than 4k rpm, when i'm on a flat piece of
road and I floor it at 2.5k rpm (gears 2nd to 6th, in 1st it's not really noticeable) it takes ages to get to 3k rpm and then it start to raise faster but it has no torque until i get past
4k rpm or more.
The car has no boost leaks, i checked everything with a smoke machine and fixed some minor leaks but it didn't improve the situation.
Boost gauges shows that from 2.5k to 3k rpm the turbo stays at 0.1 o 0.2 bar of boost, then gets to 0.5 after 3k rpm more or less, max boost of 1.1 bar hits at 4.5k to 5k rpm than goes back to 0.9bar.
It had the timing belt done recently but not by me.
The ecu doesnt throw codes o cel lights.

I had only gc8 until now and i dont really know what else to check, i was thinking maybe the avcs, but i would like to make it feel better as i hate driving this car like this.

Hope i explained myself well, thanks in advance for any advice or help.

do you have any logs showing it?

If it had the belt done, was the acceleration "fine" before the belt and now its become bad?

Unfortunately no, i don't have any logs right now i can try and log something with a diagnostic tool if i can find one good enough to borrow,
i also bought the car after the belt was done, but a friend suggested that maybe its not timed correctly as it should have the sensors only on one bank.

Take off cambelt cover and have a look on belt marks.
