Hello guys, I need help. I have a 2003 Subaru Impreza. The engine was replaced from 1.6 to 2.0 sohd. After that, a firmware program was downloaded for the engine, but unfortunately, there was a problem that the firmware program was downloaded for the automatic car. As for my car, it has a manual gearbox. I want the firmware program for it because when I start the engine in neutral, the engine revolutions are raised to above 3000 rpm and it does not go down. Please help in sending me a special file for the engine I have with a manual gearbox.

 

Bet You can find some good mapper in Iran

 

It may be easier to get the correct ecu (same model/year) and swap that in.

 

Maybe you should speak to this guy, he's in Damascus, he hijacked this thread with a "similar" problem.......
