Looking for a 2014 onwards sti

Hi, we’re going to see one next week thanks we were interested in another one but it turned out to be clocked, the car you know of for sale is it advertised currently?

I've double checked and it's actually 2010 saloon in grey, less than 45k miles, full recaro standard seats, looks immaculate on top, inside and underneath
