It's good hearing that you had a good year when a lot of companies are struggling in this day and age.

I had to leave AIB after being with you for around 3 years, the renewal for my Ford Focus that i use for running about in had doubled from £310 to over £600, nothing had changed at all, i actually had one more years no claims from the previous year so 5 years no claims on a 1 litre ecoboost Focus yet the price had doubled. In the end i went with the AA that did it for £290, that's a huge difference from what you quoted me.
