is this the right oil to put in the transmission?
2011 Subaru Impreza 2.5L Premium w/ manual transmission (EJ25)

Hanes says to put 3.7 liters in. Is this correct? Is it bad to just toss all 4 liters in? Does it really have to be that precise?
What are some tell tale signs in the old fluid that something is wrong?
