I have to get rid of my old Scooby as kids and other commitments have taken over.

i would like some advise on how to post an advert as I’ve not made one before to find her a new home.

she not that clean and not run for sone time but had a full engine rebuild (£2700!)before being ignored for last 5 yrs Or so.
I’m realistic in its value.

it’s on IOM plates and is a Japanese import.

Maybe someone more knowledgable can make an offer or say what’s it’s realistically worth.

But don’t want to just scrap it, and hopefully someone can fixed her up..

So its sold as Spare or Repair ....... you can compare to ebay.

Would be better if you sold it as a runner with a new MOT.

The real cost of these cars is not the purchase price but the cost to put right ...... rust, suspension, bushes, trim, engine, body, paint, service, keys, alarm .......... ££££

So post full details then maybe can decide if taking on the project is worthwhile.

A clean WRX can be bought from 5k
If the engine runs and does NOT have rusted arches and sills then it has some value .

I'd suggest at least ....
- change the oil
- pump the tyres
- remove the stickers (use heatgun to minimise paint damage)
- clean and polish
- valet interior

After that it stills needs thousands spent if someone wants to take on a project..... all hassle, money and time .... never to recover the money as its not a STI, type R , RA etc.

So auction it from 1k
