Default Bush Rear Suspension GC

Turbo 2000 - New to me. Told some bushes on rear should be replaced - not exactly which ones.
What are my options ? ................... I want standard rubber , no poly.

Working with 2 garages - a tuner and regular spanner garage ... a mile away from each other.
Car currently at tuners .... ecu etc
Car going back to spanner garage for whiteline 22mm arb, final MOT etc.... and they will address bushes.

Should I let spanner just replace bushes .? ..... there is a labour cost and lead time ordering parts.

Or should I just buy arms with bushes etc and get them to bolt on ?

Which bushes are likely to need replacing ? ....

Are those blue ebay lateral / control arms junk ? .... do I stick with ICP

Was just going to buy new arms with bushes installed .....

Rear trailing arm bushes are 100% worth changing and the diff subframe bushes, as mentioned lateral arms are worth doing or swapping.
