Default EJ Oil Pickup O-Ring Seal (PN: 806917080) Cost Saving

Thought I'd share this money saving tip.

If you need to replace the oil pick up o-ring seal, PN: 806917080. The size is 17.4mm x 2.4mm (ID and thickness resp.). This struck me as an odd size, and it's because it's actually an imperial size o-ring, see below chart:

The the time of writing black nitrile o-rings of this size are only £1.55 delivered on ebay, vs the £6 (delivered) I paid for the genuine part (doh!). Nitrile is oil resistant so all good.

. It's the postage the drives it up. Piece cost is typically around £1.25 is, but postage hikes it up.

The ebay imperial size oring is £1.55 delivered!, so a significant cost cave overall.
