Default Squeaking Reacros in 2009 hatch

Hello all. I've had my 2009 330s for about 2 months now, and the drivers side Recaro seat is squeaking like buggery when I so much as think about moving, and it's really beginning to pee me off. I've had a look but nothing obvious (although not 100% sure what I'd be looking for...). Is there a simple fix or do I need to take the seat out and give something a damned good oiling? Any help would be greatly appreciated. The squeaking is only mildly more annoying from the **** poor speakers, so that will be next....

It's usually the stretchable fabric underneath the cushion that causes this, I had mine replaced (and the side bolsters repaired) by Capital seating in Leicester.

Mine was the same, drove me mad. I actually discovered that it went back to Subaru to get sorted when I looked through the history! Pretty sure the guy said it got new seat rails or something.
Unfortunately I can remember how i sorted it, i think i maybe got handy with WD40 😄
