03 rear ARB different from 02 ARB ?

Default 03 rear ARB different from 02 ARB ?

Hi anyone know if the standard rear ARB on a Bugeye 02 is different from a blobeye 03 one ? read somewhere about the droplinks ending up on the wrong side , noticed Whiteline list them as different part numbers any ideas? Cheers

Just like a thought it's longer droplinks won't line up

ARB's the same MY02 STI and MY03
Droplinks - STI MY02/03 and WRX MY01-07



For STI MY04 onwards

Is the 02 and 03 rear ARB not different part numbers ? My 02 bar is shorter than the 03 ? I think they end up bolting to other side of the C shape link

The Whiteline listing has got me confused it lists

02 - BSR33Z rear 22mm C shape

03 -BSR36Z rear 22mm C shape

Widetrack BSR37Z rear 22mm ball jointed

Yes they are different, Blob Arb is longer on the end! Usually a good rule of thumb is if you have C shaped links then you will need a 22mm Arb. If you have Z links you need the 24mm arb.

Just speaking from my exp.

bar diameter has nothing to do with the fitment.........
they C-shaped links use a differing design bar to the later ball-jointed type link
