Hi,

I’ve been having problems with boosting past 0.7 bar. It reaches that perfectly fine but doesn’t seem to wanna go over that. Checked all the lines and hoses etc, but nothing seems out of place. Could it just be that my 3 port has given up ?. I have a 2008 wrx hatch

 

I had a similar issue recently too and it turned out my boost solenoid had almost seized up.
Even though a bought a replacement, i managed to strip down my old one and service it to bring it back to life. Instantly fixed the issue and now boosting even better then it did before.

 

I’ve just bought a new one in the hope that it resolves the issue!. My current one has been on a few yrs so it may be due a change for a new one anyway 😀

 

I’ve just bought a new 3 port but I’m having the same problem. I’m assuming buying a new one, it needs to match the same serial number as my old one etc ?. My old solenoid came back to life and I was in full boost again, but now it’s gone back to not going past 0.6 bar. Might book myself in with my mapper
