Default Impreza classic GC8 electric windows won’t work HELP PLEEEEEASE

Having problem with electric windows on my Subaru Impreza wrx sti import 95 gc8, none of the switches work none of the windows open, have checked fuse 15 under drivers side all good and swapped, also checked green fuse in main fuse box think number 32 in engine bay, thought maybe it was the drivers switch so bought one off eBay at massive cost but no different, at a loss now and not sure where to check next, it has been wet on the floor in rear and under front seats, also the problem started after I sprayed the door check straps with white lithium grease could be a total coincidence just trying to give as much info as possible.
keeping fingers crossed someone can advise as currently boiling hot weather and having to use air con all time isn’t cost effective 😂😂

On early JDM cars there is a relay and a power window circuit breaker located "in the region of the passenger front seat" mounted on their own bracket.

Relay - 85542AA011
Power breaker - 85543KC010
Both parts same as used on UK cars upto MY97
