There is a second hand vf28 turbo I am considering to buy. According to seller it has minimal play, both axial and longitudinal. It is said that for thrust bearing turbos any longitudinal play is bad. I wonder how it looks for ball bearing turbos? Is minimal play acceptable on such vf28?
