Default Exhaust

I have bought a fujitsubo exhaust for my UK classic minus the downpipe off a import, and was wondering if a standard downpipe will line up with the fujitsubo or will i have to modify it?

If it's 2.5" can't see why not. Pointless getting standard cat why not upgrade to sports cat.

You're entering a mine field trying to mix and match exhaust components, I speak from experience. I don't know about classics but the JDM downpipe for the newage cars if different to the UK cars. I'm sure Alyn @AS Performance would be able to help though

classic's were all the same fitment BUT aftermarket JDM firms often used their own flange positions and therefore don't interchange with std parts - sorry can't recall about the Fujitsubo

Do you know which model exhaust
Here's the info page for one of the RM-01A versions
https://www-fujitsubo-co-jp.translat...en&_x_tr_hl=en

Subaru lineup here

From the image on the link above, although the main pipework is 76mm (3"), it looks as if it reduces at the downpipe donut joint end to fit the standard downpipe.

However the image used on Torque-GT would suggest otherwise, so you may need an adaptor to connect.

This image from ebay looks more authentic
