Default 2004 subaru wrx idle issues after rebuild

Subie gurus, need your advice.

2021 engine blown due to rod failure. Took my time to rebuild everything

2023 current setup

Engine:
Built ej205 w/ ej25 crankshaft Manley piston/rods and king bearings.

Oiling mods:
Orbit 12mm oil pump
Iag oil baffle and oil pickup w sti oil pan and oil dipstick

Turbo setup:
Td05 Fp turbo
Greenspeed 3 port boost controller
Ets topmount intercooler
Hks black edition blowoff valve

Fuel setup:
1000cc injectors
Walbro 255 fuel pump

Transmission:
6speed (2007 sti)

Intake:
Aem intake

Exhaust:
Aftermarket headers, aftermarket downpipe, catback invidia exhaust

Other:
Iag AOS
Cobb accessport
Cylinder #4 cooling mod
New gates water pump with complete timing gear

Issues im experiencing are p0519. (Idle air malfunction)

Replaced idle air control valve with a new one and is not the issue. I vacuum tested the engine and fixed all the vacuum leaks found with smoke machine. Installed missing components that I was missing due to Cobb green speed update. Had to install, egr valve, secondary 02 sensor, purge solenoid valve. Car idles fine when started cold at 1500 rpm, but it never drops down after that. Until it warms up and check engine goes on. Rpms go up to 2200 and drop down to 1100-1200 in fail safe mode. I did notice that my a/f ratio goes from 14.70 to 20.00 when that happens. It goes really lean and my injectors go from 2.30 to 0.00. I feel like the cause of the issue is I need to compensate for my injector being changed from 550cc to 1000cc. But I would like to hear your guys opinions and feedback.

I kind of figured it would be a tuning issue. probably my injectors are the main problem for it. Just trying to make sure before i take it to get a base map.
