All the power and handling of the STi, in a more subtle package. This Spec D (one of only 300 made) is unmolested and basically standard. The only significant modifications have been: removed TrafficMaster, new Cobra alarm and suspension upgraded with Tein FlexZ coilovers.

I’ve owned this car for nine years, covered 32,000 entertaining miles and am very sad to be saying goodbye to it. It drives as well as it ever has, helped by the new Tein suspension. But is just isn’t getting used, time for someone else to have fun with it.

Full service including cambelt, new disks and pads done at 92k miles in August 2018.

Minor service (including new rear anti roll bar bushes) at 96k miles in December 2021.

Tein FlexZ coilover suspension (£1,100 including fitting), fitted at 95k miles in October 2019. Four wheel alignment, January 2021.
