Default Low volts to ecu

I have issue getting my fuel pump to prime. Checked the ecu power terminal on the connector at ecu and it should be 12v, I only get 7v is there a reason for this?

1995 WRX is JDM?
How did you determine this power terminal ? as there are a number of 12v Supplies both battery direct and via ignition controlled circuits.
JDM wiring diagrams are few and far between. The nearest equivalent is for the early UK cars
Have attached a couple of sections which may be of use if you don't already have them.
Hopefully they correspond for wiring colours and ECU layout

Thanks for that. Yeah it’s a 95 wrx and yes Jdm

notjing even happens when I connect the test connectors.

tried new main relay and there’s only 6-7 bolts coming out of that.

I’ll go thru the diagrams for now
