Default Installing SL heated seats in Hawkeye WRX

My 2007 Hawkeye WRX came fitted with a full leather interior that the previous owner had installed. I noticed at the weekend that the seats are actually heated as I found the looms from the seats laying unplugged when I was deep cleaning the interior of the car. Does anyone know if the rest of the wiring will be installed in the car and just needs connected up? I am also assuming the seats are from an SL as I am not sure what other models came with leather.

Pic of the seats:

Yea, I want to make sure the wiring is their first before spending any money, I doubt the relay for them will be there either. If the wiring harness isn't there I am probably just going to leave it.
