Default V5/6 engine and heads into a V3? What's needed?

A possibility has presented itself to get my hands on a nicely specced engine. It's not something I was looking for, but it's a good opportunity. If I were to buy it, what would be needed to run it in a V3 shell, as I know I'd have to use the V5/6 manifold? Would I need the V5/6 ECU and loom? Would I be better just going straight to a Link G4+ and a V5/6 loom?

Waited to see did anyone answer but your answer is a whole lot of grief. Get a pair of v3/v4 heads, gaskets and a manifold and away you go.

Oh great. Well, this is a built 2.1 engine and so if I bought it there wouldn't be any budget left for a different set of heads for a good while. Why is it so difficult?

What am I missing? If it's a forged 2.1 with forged pistons and rods, acl bearings etc. surely I don't need to worry about knocking
