Default Rebuild vs Swap - Turbo Talk

OK, so I am running a VF-22 turbo on a 95 STI-RA. If I want good, reliable power, should I rebuild the VF-22 or should I switch to a GReddy T88? I am currently around 350whp. TIA!

It doesn't have to be a T88, but I know it is comparable to the VF-22. No I do not have a T88, I have the VF-22 installed. I just wondered of those that have experience, what are some pros and cons of the two.
