Default TurboSmart dump value on blobeye WRX

Hey!

I have an 05 plate blobeye WRX, and I have a TurboSmart dump value I want to install. Once installed and started up, the revs plummet and it stalls. It's adjustable so tried various positions and it still stalls.

Am I missing something?

Thanks! 👍

I would certainly set it at the point where the spring gives the most resistance to start with and then work from there. My point is the valve should be fully closed on tickover and if the valve is set at soft this may not be the case. I swopped my oem dv out for the Turbosmart (I have the re-circ valve) with no issues on idle but I'm running mafless and an aftermarket ecu, so not comparable. I am surprised you have issues though but the Turbosmart does work differently from others and has a much softer spring then the oem. Obvious to mention check all your connections are good.
