Black blob, stickers, clear rear lights last night heading anti-clockwise between Leatherhead and Reigate junctions last night around 10PM
There are more than four lanes in that section and sticking in the outside lane when the others are empty is a prattish thing to do - did you not notice the queue of cars behind you? That and forgetting the Highway Code? You also slowed down to 60 well in advance of going past the speed camera
(Mind you not as prattish as Mr Singh in his yellow/gold raised spoiler M4 with seriously loud exhaust a bit further on who was revving up, accelerating hard, braking hard, then proceeding to weave through a section of traffic at speed across 3 lanes before slowing right down so that he could talk on his mobile... Car sounded lovely though)
