Default West Indies vs England Tour

Well the 1st Test is going well

A severe case of arrogance under estimating the opposition. As for leaving Broad out does Root know what he is doing? These pitches have bounce and he leaves out our only tall pace bowler who could get the bounce which takes wickets. Did the West Indies picking an all pace attack not give a hint picking 2 spinners was the wrong thing to do?

I'm quite glad though because it's now going to make for an exciting tour and needs to be a huge wake up call to the England players that this isn't gong to be a walk in the park for them.

Great pace bowling by the West Indies attack

I so wish I could get a plane ticket and get out there for the next 3 days. and enjoy watching cricket in Barbados!

I sat and watched it Gayle is still the best one day hitter in the game, I watch the West Indies games and the IPL just to see him power hit. Amazing skill. Root's ton was class though and it was great to see us chase down such a big target and can't wait for tomorrow's game. I love it when we play in the West Indies as the times the games are on are perfect. I just wish they had a team with stars that rivalled playing against Courtney and Curtly, my 2 favourite bowlers of all time

I thought after three overs of the W.I. innings England would walk this and said as much at work, proving to be bit harder than expected

Gotta say, I have loved this Windies team. Maybe we will see a team in the future like that they put out in the 80's and 90's that made them so fantastically watchable

Last 6 wickets lost for 35 runs, utterly abysmal performance. That was arrogance from England thinking they were going to walk that total.

We normally only crumble in test matches, really need to get their game heads on because we wont have a better chance of winning the WC this year.

Rain prevents play Boooooo !!

It's been a cracking start so far I never like setting a target though especially when they have Gayle in their line up. Setting up for a good game so far.
