Looking to liven up the interior a bit in my 2006 Hawk WRX. Contemplating using some bandanna type material and making a custom gear gaiter. Has anyone done anything similar? Looking for pics of what people have away from the factory boring spec.

 

No pics, but I have a red leather one, bought from Hell Frauds and modded to fit. Not easy, but not THAT difficult.

 

can you not take it to a car interior re-trimmers and get them to custom build you one?

 

yeah definitely an option mate with the retrimmers. Just wondered if there as an easy way I could do something myself with the appropriate materials, and looking for a bit of inspiration.

 

 

'Ironically', I like the OEM pleated rubber one in the early MY93-96 'Ph.1' cars.

Although it's very 'seventies' lol...nevertheless I love its 'rallyness' lol
