Default Play in turbo wheel normal?

So my new (used) TD05 turned up today, it has no branding or identifying marks but going off the dimensions of the wheel its a 20G.

Overall its in good nick, no cracks or major issues but there is slight side to side play in the shaft but zero up and down play, is this normal??

If its a potential issue, I was thinking of stripping it down and putting on new seals and serviceable parts anyway.

Depends how much play there is an whether the blades are liable to come into contact with the housing. Rebuild kits are cheap and easy on the TD series turbos, so I'd do that as a matter of course. Then see if there is still play.
