I have seen a copy of the Subaru press release to be published on Wednesday for the UK300 entitled:
"The Queue starts here for Subaru's Impreza WRC Lookalike"
Most of it has already been stated in other posts, there are a couple of interesting notes re the PPP.
245PS @ 5,600 rpm and 261 lb ft
206PS available @ 4000rpm instead of 164 in WRX
mid range power and torque up 20%
Up to 25% swifter in gear acceleration:
25-100mph in 4th down 4 secs to 25.5 secs
Reprogrammed ECU, uprated intercooler piping and freeflow exhaust with large single tailpipe.
And yes I know its stil $&*£ing ugly! (thats my comment not Subaru's)

when i last spoke to prodrive they sugested it could go on std cars once the uk300 had been launched- the press release you have seen was on here a week ago but got deleted as its not offical till wednesday
