Hi Admin,


I have been a plus member for a while and every month from my paypal account £2 is taken.


When I sign in to my account it dosnt recognise I have a plus account, also I see other receive welcome packs this is nothing I have ever received.


How can I cancel this as I cant see it has ever registered the account even though money is taken every month?
