Hi Guys - sorry for the lack of activity on here! I have a 2003 black blob STI type UK. The clutch was changed earlier this year and the garage (slowboy racing) explained that the bolts had sheered on the heat shield. I took the intercooler off on Saturday and managed to clean up and fit new bolts to the shield. I then realised there seems to be a lower heat shield also, I was able to reach down and found it to be moving around a lot (causing a rattle) and suspect it's partially broken.

Does anyone know what this part looks like? Can it be worked on from the underneath with the undertray off?
