Hi, my dad has had his Subaru for a few years now, the car needs work done so we haven't been using it much recently. But today I noticed these original Japanese stickers? He said they've been there since it was made? Can any one tell me what these are, if at all they mean anything.

Green one is Road Tax.
No idea on the last one.
