Anyone local help with my scoob some decent beer money, pass it on
Hey guys,
Looking for someone local to ringwood ( about bang in between Bournemouth and Southampton) to help me with my scoob. It's been months getting it back on the road... It's nearly there, but cant grt rid of p1507 idle control fail safe error code.2001 bugeye wrx.
It had a new wrx engine but with a sti tmic, inlet manifold, up pipe, tgv delete using ecuedit. But other than that its standard.
Ive tried a different idle control valve, and cleaned them both out etc, but it hasn't helped at all, after a minute or so the eml and code just come back on.
I've got a laptop and admin version of ecuedit, so can see all parameters, but don't know enough about what I'm looking at.
I'm not working for the next few weeks. The car is outside at bh24 3at. That's my old scoob on Google maps.
At my wits end with it, if anyone is kind enough to come over and help fix the problem, I will give them decent beer money for their help.
Also please pass this onto anyone who may be able to help me. Trying to grt another scoob back on the road I stead of them being broken.
Cheers
