Cheap ones will almost certainly not last very long at all. Most crack at the welds due to the difference in heating expanding/contracting between the thin metal on the tube wall and the thick metal on the flanges. You have to be cautious as you can spend £500 on a set from a well known company and then find you got that same £250 set just rebranded.

You could get lucky and have them last ages but personally I will stick with OE ones as mine are still fine after 15 years of abuse! It's very rare for standard ones to crack and they can be ported for performance.

Killer B make some excellent ones and on their site they explain that most other SS ones are made of the wrong grade steel which is not suitable for the application. The problem is Killer B ones are very very dear.
