Default Intercooler pipe beading tool

Hi All,

Does anybody have an intercooler pipe beading tool that I could borrow? Ideally located close to basingstoke. Having a few issues where I cut the cooler hard pipes for a better fit and the couplers blows off, so wanting to put a bead on to help give the clamps a fighting chance at holding the couplers on.

Cheers

Cheers for that, I did watch that very same video before i posted. I couldn't find the tool in the video to use as a basis for mod, even after a number of web searches. Also if anybody had a proper tool that was not too far from me and would be willing to let me have a go, i reckon it would do a better job.

Do you know anyone with a Tig welder? Could get a bead welded on both ends.

Or modify some mole grips, if you know someone with a normal welder.

From a thread I posted nearly 6 years ago on 22B.

Use the line to make sure you dont run off

Don't rush it. You might have to go round a few times to get it just right but you should end up with something like this.
