so expecting a white connector in my 2001 bugeye,

Instead I have this..




Does anyone know what's going on? I can't connect with Ecu flash. I'm hoping it's to do with the flash block not being connected, but this doesn't look right to me, it's obviously been changed, was expecting to see a white plug..
