Default anyone else used rustbuster epoxy mastic?

Tried to spray this today with 20% thinners and no chance of it flowing, resorted to using a brush and it looks like 5 year old did it as it was so thick.

Its two pack and both tins were previously unopened, although bought in summer. Just as well it was fuel tank senders and vents, not the car chassis.

Has anybody else previously used it and found similar?

Thanks

not used this -- but usually with these things, it is recommended to 'warm' them up before use (stand in warm water....?)

Thin it some more? Just because 2k paint is 0-20% thinners doesnt mean this has to be. I would thin it until it did flow.

It does clearly state not to thin it more then the amount recommended. It is an epoxy so I imagine it will be tough to spray. I have only ever brush painted. Have you asked rust buster?
