I'm looking for a good STI V4 engine. with some kind of history to it. Look out, it has to be send to belgium on a pallet. I know what sending costs! But you have to be up to it
I have a 2 Litre Closed deck block fully forged complete long engine to suit 1992-1998 V1-V4, Manley Rods, Wiseco Pistons, Cosworth baffled sump plate, ACL race bearings, cam belt, built by Tegsport 2013, 3000 miles only at 321 BHP - £2500 if interested.

I've got one.
Just been taken out by engine tuner as been replaced with a 2.1 CDB stroker.
Had the engine for the last 7 years. Been looked after by FB Tuning, CP Autos etc. It'll just be the bottom end though as i've used my heads for the new build. Currently have no idea on shipping costs though.

They have got a good rep, not heard anyone buying any duff engines off them! You would run the risk buying any engine without hearing it running first, with buying from a dealer you can use a credit card for insurance just in case.
That's a fair point but ......
They're quite close. Started going there a very long time ago and I'd now go without rather than using them!!!
Mattybr and Scott the two main breakers on here are a totally different kettle of fish. Great business men, know tgeir stuff and try and test their products with known history.

Do tell more as I was under the impression japperformanceparts were running a good service? But the more I think about this, if you can buy from someone on the forum that is in good standing and knows there stuff then I guess that would be a safe purchase too!
