Who can tell me how these are supposed to work when they are working correctly?.
Even on a 2/3 setting my diff seems to be locked as it clonks when I reverse. Is this normal as I stopped playing straight away.
I know that fully ON is locked at 50/50 split, but the SICD FAQ states that 2/3 is more like a UK car. Does that mean unless you are parking?

Thanks Ian, that was just what I needed to read.
I was worried about the clonking when parking with the diff in a mid position, but the book says that it will do this.

Nope, its only when on lock. I think that it is trherefore working correctly.
Thank you to all of those people who have replied to my problem.
I think it has just been a case of my typeR virginity getting the better of me.
Thanks again everyone. A credit to the BBS.
