total loss in power??

Default total loss in power??

hi, was driving my bugeye wrx today and i noticed the boost was building then going under load...after a while i had total loss of power and no boost at all. am not mechanicaly minded but a know bits and had a look under the bonnet but couldnt see anything out of the norm....

could it b a turbo leak-blown?

any ideas would b great cheers

Sounds like a boost pipe has either split or come adrift . Check at the turbo end all the small vac pipes controlling boost . Also check connections and pipes going to boost solenoid vallve on the drivers side suspension turret
