Hello all, I hope this is a simple one for someone. I keep receiving spam emails with a link to buy medicine. Obviously dodgy. I know you can just block email addresses and be done with it but here lies the problem. The email address it's coming from is my own. Sent from me, to me if you like. How can I stop this rubbish coming through if it's allegedly sent from me?
