01 bugeye immobilizer problem

Hi guys turned car off in town car wouldnt lock with the fob so replaced batterys but still nothing it lights up when button is pressed and immobilizer still on plz help

Its got a blue sigma fob couldnt tell you anything else cheers

well the M30 has known problems that the S30 doesnt.
