How to i change a bulb, the plastic crews on the side of the light have been butchered by someone else, any help please

 

Heat a Philips type screw driver, push it into the screw and hold it STILL until it cools. You can gently pour water over it to speed the cooling. You should now be able to remove the screw, replace them with new, or stainless.
