Default Hazards and horn don't work

Hi guys,

Bit of an issue,

Firstly this is how I have found my car to be.. thus trying to fix.

My horn is not connected at the actual horn behind the grill, there is no plug for it.
My car had stupid air horns which I have now ripped out. there was a separate button for these which had an earth of its own and the power was spliced into the green / brown/reddish wire which leads to the steering wheel. The solenoid powering the air horns had its 2 cables spliced into the headlight wiring on the passenger side.

Now the fuse in the fuse box for the hazard/horn is fine and I have swapped for another just to make sure, if I somehow get my horn connected somehow will that be a case of completing a circuit and my hazards working?

Does the horn wiring usually tie into the loom that is part of the plugs for the headlights?

As far as I remember the wires for my horn go in to the loom behind the passenger headlight and I think it's the colour you mentioned.
