Depends how they disconnected clutch slave cylinder when changing clutch. If they didn't just unbolted it from gearbox and they actually removed hoses, then its probably needs bleeding again

Could possibly be a very worn or over skimmed flywheel

Car went in for a service with subaru dealership and they were more than happy with the car and the clutch, i did have the system bleed and the fluid changed and it does feel better but just not what i remember from new clutches in other cars i have had/driven.
i have been thinking about the fly wheel, that could make all the difference to be honest, wish i had purchased the lightened flywheel with the clutch but then again i will know for next time....

cheers

Have the other cars had hydraulic clutches like the scoobys?
When i had my clutch changed,it came back with a low pedal, infact too low,the clutch was almost grabbing with pedal to the floor. I went back for a bleed which brought the pedal higher. So it may just be the characteristics of this clutch

Ive been testing my clutch to see how much far it has to be depressed for a gear change to be carried out, it turns out i hardly need to touch it........

whats yours like when changing gear?
