rear wheel temp ?????

Default rear wheel temp ?????

Just had both rear wheel bearings done on my type r but the nsr is still generating a fair bit of heat there's no noise but the temp is noticeable on the drum and wheel
Wheel moves freely so not a seized calliper , any ideas ?????

Moves exactly as freely as on the other side?

Yeah no difference just the resistance of the diff :-s

Did you check hand brake drum when you were replacing bearings?
I guess it just needs little adjustment.

as above check handbrake adjustment,sticky brake caliper(you checked,would still remove,give a good clean and regrease),possible old bearing damaged,wore centre of hub,very rare unless old bearing completely collapsed while driving and you had be driving for a long time with tired old bearing.check everything well greased,clean and keep an eye on bearing in case fault only noticeable under load and at speed.keep ears pinned for bearing drone.If your stripping down again,get hub centres checked for wear,unlikely
