Default Classic engine in a Newage

Hi guys, just wondered if anyone has ever put a classic engine in a newage. I am thinking of doing one. The newage is a non turbo car and was planning on installing a turbo classic engine a long with the loom and ecu etc.

If anyone has done this some advice would be appreciated.

Thanks

Common sense says "no" as you'll end up with a car that you can't sell, and will be a compromise between an NA and a turbo.
Having said that, if I had the time and the inclination I'd love to give it a crack - even if it was just for a track/ field car.
Would you do the brakes, box, suspension and everything else, or are you just after some boost?

It's not just a case of engine and loom. All the ancillaries will be different. The loom will not work with the new age dash. The classic dash will likely not fit the new age. Clocks and switches and all electrical connections are different. Gearbox, rear diff, relays, sensors etc all different. Even things like the heater parts and blower are not compatible. Yes it can be
done... Anything can be done but it's not an easy task.
