The rubber seal along my scuttle panel has seen better days and lifts on one side defeating its purpose.. Where can I get another one for my blobeye? I've checked ebay already. Not to sure of it's parts number.

 

Look it up on the opposed forced website. Then you will have to ring Subaru and check the price. Or just get hold of a Subaru breaker. Beware that some breakers change the same or more then the new part! I expect something silly like this will cost a fortune.
