Default interior dash vinyl

I have bought some autoglym vinyl and rubber care to tidy the interior up and i have this spot on the that i cant shift, it was visible before applying the autoglm but stands out more now any idea's how i can sort it ?

Alcohol wipes first, then the Autoglym stuff. But to be honest once you have cleaned all the guff off, a good rub down with a micro fibre every week is just as good.

It does not get treated in the factory and looks the dogs when new.
