Default My new exhaust and wheel swap?

Hi,

Got the exhaust replaced on my car.

It came with the Prodrive 2.5" system on it but it was just not burbling at all...

Lee at powerflow knocked me up a smaller silencer box so now it finally sounds like an Impreza, not loud at all inside the car but sounds great with the window down :-)

(i know people either love or hate pOwerflow, but I have had excellent service from them in the past and the welds are always really good)

I am still undecided on the Prodrive alloys on the car..... or maybe its just the colour. If anyone wants to swap wheels let me know :-)

Promised my wife I wouldn't lower this one lol

it took me ages to convince her that it is a practical family car.

Hence going for hatch as she hates the older saloons for some reason.

I want a pair of rotas for it... but it would need lowered to look good. .

I sense a slippery slope

Will just chucking a set of tein springs on it make it really over sprung?

I have only just put springs on 1 car without opting for full shocks or coil overs. And it was very bouncy and I hated it.

is the scooby the same?

Only a 25mm drop so will just sit a little nicer

Cool looks like I will be getting some springs.

query, does anyone's impreza have the awful plastic bumper protector thing on it? Clearly the person who purchased it new wanted it, now how do I get it off? Is it just adhesive?

I'm not a great fan of the WRX hatch, but yours is a nice colour (same as my old blob WRX) and the wheels do look good.

Thank you. I would have gotten a blob STI but I really couldn't convince my wife so settled for this and I do like it especially cause it's a bit more torquey low down.

need to get some of the over rider's for the rear lights as clear lights on a red car do not look good.

went online to buy some Tein springs earlier but thankfully checked my bank first ... yeah that purchase ain't happening anytime soon.
