Hi friends,

I am still not certain if i've opened the thread under the correct forum category. Moderators are of course free to change it.

I've done a business with these guys some time ago. Unfortunately i can not reach them via email for my bought parts. Their website message form looks like it does not work properly. Plus their firm email gives an "Delivery failure, 550 no mailbox by that name is currently available" error. Can anybody give an idea how may i reach them except telephone?

Martin, thank you for your feedback. However, i once tried to contact via Telephone, but because of poor telecommunication quality and me being a foreigner with less English speaking experience, i was not fluent at all. I understood everything spoken. Unfortunately i was not able to explain myself.

That's way i require another way to communicate, and of course to keep track of words.
