Hello can you help a new member with a query please?.

I've just bought an 04 WRX Blobeye with no side skirts and the low level boot spoiler, is this the standard fitment?. My last 54 Blob had side skirts and the tall boot spoiler but this was an import from Cyprus. I think the skirts/tall spoiler make a big difference but I need to know I bit more about the subject before I start shopping around for some.

The only Imprezas that's don't come with side skirts are Spec c's and maybe other Ltd editions so your WRX should have them, does it have holes/clips along the sills where they attach on to?

Most WRX came with low level spoilers as standard unless they were upgraded or added at a later date.

I have a pair of crystal grey wrx side skirts lying around if that helps

 

Thanks for the reply Modrich (a fellow Mancunian). Didn't actually buy the car in the end, I'd put a deposit down but the dealer started messing me about so I pulled out of the deal.

I've since found a much tidier WRX with PPP, just waiting for my plate to be transfered and then she's mine. It's a 55 plate blob, I haven't seen any past 05!. Is this one of the last ones made??.

Well done mate, mines a Blob PPP wagon and love it. Beware, if you hang around here much longer it won't be a standard PPP for much longer...
