What would cause the Ecu to reduce boost to 9 Psi. Its not a dirty boost solenoid or blocked wastegate pipe Etc as resetting the Ecu & not touching anything else does the trick. I also tried cleaning before the reset with no joy. The problem seems to happen @ low speeds (not on boost) i.e if you drive steady for a distance & then try to accelerate hard you cannot go over 9 psi. Last addition was a Hks Fcd I have now removed this out of the Equation. could this be faulty, Incorrect type?. It works fine for a while & then restricted boost. Car is MY94 UK turbo, NO cats,Induction kit & dawes @ 13 to 14 Psi.
